Speciality Classes

Our Speciality classes are designed to help you improve on those specific areas of you overall fitness. From our weightlifting focused class to gymnastic we can help you work on those weaknesses.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

The main reason for running the kids and teens classes is that we want kids of any age to enjoy and fall in love with training. If being fit and active can be enjoyable it will become more of a habit as kids grow into adulthood.
